My Philosophy

Traditional models of mental health care often transfer societal problems onto the individual. This can make it feel like there is something wrong with us or that we are to blame for our pain and suffering.

But you are not alone. This is not your fault. And with the right support, you can and will feel better.

Services

  • Collaborative and individualized assessment of your mental health. Includes 75 -90 minute face-to-face visit. Recommendations are integrative and include both non-medical and medical interventions per preference.

  • Ongoing care to assess response to treatment plan. These are typically more frequent early in treatment, but can be spread out as stability is reached. Includes a 25 minute face-to-face visit and 5 minutes of administrative time. May include medication management/check-in, lifestyle interventions, and/or brief supportive therapy.

  • Reserved for for those who are interested in therapy with or without medication intervention. Therapy is integrative and typically includes elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Includes a 50 minute face-to-face visit and 10 minutes of administrative time.

  • Laboratory, genetic, and nutritional testing available if indicated and upon request. Concierge and specialized home visits also available.
