Dr. Scott is not contracted with any insurance companies. This means that she will never bill your insurance company directly and that insurance companies cannot interfere with your treatment.

To obtain reimbursement from your insurance company, they will typically ask for a “Superbill” of your services. This can be downloaded from your health portal or requested at any time.
Each insurance company has their own process for out-of-network reimbursement, so check with them for specific details.

When indicated and safe, I do prescribe controlled substances. This includes stimulants for the treatment of confirmed ADHD and long-acting benzodiazepines for short-term or infrequent use. I do not prescribe multiple controlled substances to the same patient.
